4. International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. Refund Policy for Shipped Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products once they have been shipped. We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our products before they leave our facility, and we encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue and providing a suitable solution. Make sure please to use the promo code before passing your orders, we do not make changes after the order processed and we do not apply promo code manually.
